Return & Exchange Policy

* Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original condition and packaging.
* Returns must be made within **3 days** of purchase, and exchanges within **7 days**.

* When returning a product, include a photo, your city, delivery address, and order number to facilitate replacement in case of a defect, damage, or incorrect item.
* A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from what was presented on our website.
* We are not responsible for customer expectations of product use that were not specified on the product page.
* If the customer chooses to return a product without any defect or issue, a **30% fee** or a minimum of **20,000 TZS** will be deducted from the refund.
